Nov/Dec Dome Time w/ Forge Lax

Wayzata Lacrosse Skills Sessions with Forge Lacrosse - learn from Professional Lacrosse Players!

The Wayzata Lacrosse Association is thrilled to partner with Forge Lacrosse — led by Coaches Ryan Terefenko and Jeff Henric, both are current professional lacrosse players and three-time captains of the Ohio State Lacrosse program — to bring a special off-season training opportunity to our players!

These five indoor sessions at the Wayzata Central Middle School Dome will focus on improving core lacrosse fundamentals, game awareness, and position-specific skills for both offensive and defensive players.

We know many of our athletes are busy with other sports this time of year, so we’ve worked with Forge Lacrosse to offer this program at a very reasonable rate — even if you can’t make every session.
