Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Winter Dome Sessions

Refunds of registration fee will be net of portal transaction costs.

Winter Dome League

Refunds are possible prior to the start of the season (minus the site transaction fees).

Nov/Dec Dome Time w/ Forge Lax

Refunds are not available for this 5-pack. Registration is limited to the first 35 registrants per age group.

Box League

Refunds are available prior to the start of the season (less transaction fees).

Wayzata Invitational

Refunds will be as follows with no exceptions: - Full Refund issued if WAYZATALAX notified by April 1, 2025 - 50% refund issued if WAYZATALAX notified by April 13, 2025 - No refunds issued after April 13, 2025 - Fees are non-refundable if the tournament is canceled, shortened, or otherwise modified in any way due to inclement weather. - In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to complete the tournament in its entirety. Schedule changes will be available at the team check-in area at Tournament HQ or through Tourney Machine.
