The Daily Wall Ball Challenge

Wall ball is the single most important drill in lacrosse to build stick skills, soft hands, and muscle memory. Commit to doing wall ball every day! Focus extra attention on your weak hand—your hard work will pay off, guaranteed.

The Routine

  • Overhand:Complete 25 reps with each hand (passing overhand only).
  • Quick Stick:Complete 25 reps with each hand (quicksticking only).
  • Single Arm:Complete 25 reps with only the top hand on your stick (Left + Right).
  • Moving Along the Wall:Complete 25 reps while shuffling laterally along a wall (Left + Right).
  • Behind the Back:Complete 15 reps throwing behind your back (Left + Right).
  • Low Handed Exchange:Complete 50 reps while continuously switching hands.
